ABOUT
Technical Sergeant Cambria Ferguson was the Operations Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in Charge for the Commander’s Action Group, 628th Air Base Wing, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.
She directly planned, coordinated, and executed special projects, initiatives and base events on behalf of the joint wing command team. The installation supports a total force of over 70,000 Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, Coast Guardsmen and Guardians.
As a senior combat broadcast journalist, Ferguson was handpicked as the 46th Presidential Inauguration production team lead. Under her watch the 1st Combat Camera Squadron delivered two multimedia products for national television as part of the “Parade Across America” program. These videos featured stories from across the country and reached a total of 33.8 million.
Ferguson provided senior U.S. government officials with imagery capabilities throughout her military service. Finally, her expertise in crisis communication directly assisted the 4th Fighter Wing commander and Public Affairs Officer (PAO) during Hurricane Florence and made a direct impact on ensuring the safety of thousands of personnel in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
